How many days to make an exchange?
- The deadline for any exchange is 5 days once the purchase is received.
- Casa Astral reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or pieces that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
To make an exchange, you need to meet the following requirements:
- Product has its original box
- If product is damaged, send picture of damaged product via Instagram DM at @shopastral_ with your name and contact information
